Non stavo pensando all’uomo saltato in aria. non ci pensavo più. Adesso lo stavo solo rimettendo insieme. Davanti a me avevo due sezioni del cranio; la terza sporgeva dalla vaschetta d’acciaio colma di sabbia, mentre il collante asciugava sui frammenti ricomposti. Le ossa erano sufficienti a confermare l’identità . Il coroner sarebbe stato soddisfatto.
